Peyton is an Architectural Lighting Designer bringing specialized and practical design knowledge to corporate tenant improvement, custom homes, and real-estate repositioning projects.
He focuses on implementing design to reflect each project’s unique architecture and creating an end result that is definitive, refined, and inclusive of the client’s needs.
He quickly responds to changes in budget, installation requirements, and schedule; and provides high-quality and thoughtful design regardless of project constraints. He is aware of current technology trends but believes that good design comes first.
Peyton works with respected designers, project managers, and engineers on projects for corporate and private clients, aiding in the specifying and design of lighting packages up to $15 million.
His depth of experience, reaching from residential remodel projects to ground-up skyscrapers, promotes a thorough understanding of a project’s scope all the way to the finished installation.
Peyton has been working in architectural lighting design since 2016. He transferred his skills from event production to architecture after booking and managing a local band’s national tours from his home of Seattle, WA. He attended a theatrical conservatory in Chicago, IL where he studied theatrical lighting design.
